แอพพลิเคชั่นต่าง ๆ ในชุด POSWARE.net จะทำงานได้ก็ต่อเมื่อได้สัญญาณ (Message) จาก License Server ที่สมบูรณ์ (Completed Message) หมายถึง จะต้องไม่มี License Error Message ใด ๆ

 
Error Message

 

1."The application will be terminated.”
หมายถึง License Server ไม่ได้ทำงานอยู่ หรือถูกปิดไป

2."Message from server is out of date."
หมายถึง   Message หมดอายุ แสดงว่า Server ไม่ได้ทำงานอยู่ จึงไม่ได้ส่ง Message ใหม่ออกมา

 

3."Invalid vericode from license server."
หมายถึง Message ที่มีอยู่ เป็น Message หมดอายุ แสดงว่า Server ไม่ได้ทำงานอยู่

 

4."คีย์ล็อค has been removed."
หมายถึงคีย์ล็อคถูกดึงออก

 

5."License server is not available."
หมายถึง License Server ไม่ได้ทำงานอยู่

 

6."Invalid products unlock code."
หมายถึง UnlockCode ไม่ถูกต้อง แสดงว่ามีความพยายามจะละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ (Cracking)

 

7."This connection has exceeded the License
หมายถึง มี Client ที่เปิดโปรแกรมบนเครื่องใหม่ที่เกินจำนวนลิขสิทธิ์การใช้งานแล้ว
 

Figure 2 หากมี Error Message แสดงที่ Client Application ระบบจะทำการ Terminate Application (จบการทำงาน) นั้น ๆ ทันที
